Womb Blessing

This is an attunement to the vibration of the Divine Feminine energy (taught by Miranda Gray). It sends a powerful source of energy through your three feminine energy gateways/energy centres, giving you a power flush to release old patterns, habits, memories, trapped emotions that are standing in your way AND reminds you of your powerful feminine essence!

The Personal Womb Blessing offers a deep, profound healing and awakening as it is focused on the specific needs of the woman receiving. It is a beautiful personal relationship with the Divine Feminine and a merging with her energy.

The energy attunement is given in person by a trained Moon Mother® through a series of hand positions and breaths. It is a path of personal development. The Personal Womb Blessing works to create a beautiful path of personal female awakening.

Your Feminine Energy Gateways/Energy Centres:

  • Your Star energy centre – the centre of your intuition and connection with the Divine Feminine centred within your mind/brain.
  • Your Chalice energy Centre – the centre of your ability to give and receive love in your relationships in a healthy way centred within your chest/heart.
  • Your Cauldron energy centre – the centre of your ability to be in the physical as a woman in your day to day life, in your womb.
  • As a registered Level 3 Moon Mother I can deliver a womb blessing on all three energy centres. Level 1 and 2 Moon Mothers can do 1-2 energy centres.

Why Receive Personal Womb Blessings®?

Regular Personal Womb Blessing attunements are:

  • a path of deep healing for your female energies and cycle
  • a powerful and personal path of awakening to your authentic femininity to embrace and express the full power, beauty, love, creativity and sexuality of the woman that lies within you.
  • a new way of living and empowering your life when combined with the understanding in Red Moon and The Optimized Woman
  • a monthly sanctuary to restore your energies and become ‘me’ again
  • a path of female personal development, awakening you to your full potential as a woman
  • a path of spiritual development, opening your awareness to the Divine Feminine and bringing your natural spirituality into your life

Personal Womb Blessings can also be received as:

  • a rite of passage / celebration of first menstruation, validating a girl’s awakening of her cyclic nature and validating this nature as positive and powerful
  • a rite of passage / celebration for menopause, marriage, becoming a mother, or for divorce, grief and loss
  • a celebration of everything it means to be female
  • a personal and physical prayer – a merging of our female nature with the Divine Feminine

Archetypal Womb Blessings

I am also able to deliver archetypal womb blessings! What are they?

Each phase of your menstrual or lunar cycle (for post menopausal women), has a feminine archetype associated with it!

There are 4 feminine archetypes:

  • Spring Maiden – the free independent woman without obligations, full of confidence, energy, and dynamic action-taking.
  • Summer Mother – for sensuality, fertility, openness to love, care and compassion, and issues relating to motherhood.
  • Autumn Enchantress – for creativity, intuition, magic, manifestation, boundaries, wild sensuality and discernment.
  • Winter Crone/Wise Woman – for inner guidance, acceptance, release, completions, soul whispers, and peace.

If you feel one or more of your archetypes are out of balance please get in touch below to discuss how we might do an archetypal womb blessing on you!

What is involved in a Personal Womb Blessing®?

The Receiver sits comfortably in an upright chair, fully clothed. If it is not possible for the Receiver to be sitting upright, the Moon Mother will change the position. The Personal Womb Blessing can be adapted to suit many kinds of disabilities.

The Moon Mother begins by lighting two candles, one for the Receiver’s Womb Bowls and one for her own bowl, and then puts water in the other Womb Bowls.

She either reads the words of ‘The Womb Blessing Meditation’, or plays an audio version.

Then through a sequence of hand positions and breaths, the Moon Mother gives her Receiver the Personal Womb Blessing attunement. The receiver does not need to do anything except shut her eyes, relax and enjoy the experience.

The Moon Mother finishes the Blessing by standing behind the Receiver, and then together they drink their Womb bowl water and have something to eat. The Moon Mother will ask about the Receiver’s experience.

The Moon Mother will give the Receiver a handout with the words of The Womb Blessing Meditation and the instructions for a simple, daily self-healing. She will also give a hand-out on detox experiences.

How Long Will it Take?

Personal Womb Blessings are usually given in 1 hour sessions (first time) or 30 minute sessions (subsequent sessions).

Personal Womb Blessings can be given alongside other therapies or combined with the ‘Womb Healing – female energy balancing’, and Moon Mother Mentors can offer ‘Womb Blessing Mentoring – Female energy mentoring’ to facilitate you living cyclically.

What You Need to Bring With You For In Person Blessings or Online Blessings:

  • 2 small bowls, a candle and water
  • Any objects or precious alter statues
  • Some food to ground yourself, please let us know if you have any food allergies/food preferences.

How Is It Delivered?

This can be delivered in person or online through Zoom/Skype.

How Often Can I Receive a Womb Blessing®?

Once a month. This allows time for the birthing process.

📰 What’s the latest in Women's Health News 📰

⭕ What’s in a Name? ⭕
Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) has been renamed as Polyendocrine Metabolic Ovarian Syndrome (PMOS). This change is important as it reclassifies the condition from a reproductive issue to a systemic endocrine and metabolic disorder. The removal of ‘cyst’ reflects an inaccuracy in terminology, as what this actually denotes is arrested ovarian follicles. The inclusion of ‘metabolic’ highlights that this condition can affect the whole body and should be treated as such.

⭕ Cancer Treatment Wins ⭕
The NHS is now offering a new targeted therapy (mirvetuximab soravtansine) for women and people living with ovarian cancer. The drug combines a ‘homing’ antibody with a cancer-killing medicine which attaches to ovarian cancer cells. This means that many living with ovarian cancer won’t have to suffer through chemotherapy. As patient Patricia Hill says, “it’s been incredibly positive… this is the first time that I’ve actually been able to get on with my life.”

⭕ English Caesarean Birth Rates ⭕
A recent report has highlighted that over 40% of births in England are now surgical, one of the highest rates in the world. This is an increase not reflected in other European countries or the USA. The report cites “demographic, health, social and health system changes in England”. However, this has not been accompanied by an improvement in outcomes for babies and maternal deaths have increased.

Find out more: Ambia, J., Alderdice, F., Knight, M., Rowe, R., Sanders, J. & Carson, C. (2026). Short report: International comparison of caesarean birth rates, 2020 – 2025. University of Oxford.

⭕ National Maternity and Neonatal Taskforce ⭕
The independent investigation by Baroness Amos, which underpins the National Maternity and Neonatal Taskforce, is due to release its final report with recommendations later this month. Following this, the Taskforce will publish a new national action plan for maternity care – watch this space.
