Well Woman Session
The Well Woman Sessions are a 1:1 in-person sessions created to support women in nourishing their bodies, releasing stress & tension, alchemising their story and awakening the power within. They are a ceremony of honouring of our journey and coming back home to yourself.
Each session is a bespoke devotional ritual focused on deeply honouring and witnessing all of you, as you are and letting you be held, nourished and supported. The sessions are bodywork based, meaning that they are similar to a massage. However, I weave in feminine embodiment & somatics, breathwork, visualisation, meditation, movement, sound healing, bodywork, pelvic care, womb healing, Menstruality & Aromatherapy into each session.
We always work with a deep reverence and respect for your body and nervous system, never doing too much too soon, honouring what wants to come through and letting your body speak. We will begin each session with setting an embodied intention, and then allow for the process to unfold intuitively, responding to what is arising in the moment.
Each session is guided by your body - we will dive only as deep as your body allows. There is no expectation or agenda to what your healing should look like. Your safety is paramount. The Well Woman Sessions are an invitation to grieve what has been lost, release what keeps us small, sick & stuck; and remember your power, your beauty and the pleasure your body is capable of.
At the end of your session, I will provide guidance on integrating your experience into your daily life through healing practices such as baths, journaling, rituals, or using essential oils.
The Well Woman Sessions are a deeply transformative container created for physical, mental, emotional, energetic & spiritual healing required to experience safety, aliveness, self-worth and expansion.

A springtime (re)introduction to Moon Wise Woman Practitioner, Isabella Norman.
Isabella is reflexologist with specialist post-diploma training in Facial Reflexology, Auricular Reflexology and Pregnancy Reflexology.
You can find her at Moon on Saturdays and during the week – she has appointments available tomorrow (Monday).
Over to Isabella 👇
I first came across reflexology when pregnant and was amazed at how treatments could have such a relaxing and calming effect on my mind and body.
Now, as a qualified reflexologist, it is wonderful to be able to use reflexology to help support the well-being of people at various stages of their lives.
I am passionate about helping women to carve out time for themselves and their well-being.
Often, the default position for many of us is to ignore stress and our own health needs until problems become evident. I believe that regularly ‘checking in’ with your body and taking time to relax can have numerous benefits.
Reflexology treatments allow space for a focus on relaxation and all important ‘me-time’.
Having seen the effects of reflexology first-hand in private practice and through volunteering at a major London hospital, I am an advocate for this gentle holistic approach to improving well-being.
I offer foot reflexology for all ages, as well as specially adapted treatments for those in the second and third trimesters of pregnancy.
I also incorporated elements of her foot, facial and auricular reflexology training into two new offerings: the ‘Head’ and ‘Heart’ Sequences. Each sequence with a specific focus, these multi-modality reflexology sessions aim to maximise the effects by treating you from ‘top-to-toe’.
Outside of practising reflexology, I love nothing more than walking with my family on long hikes across the countryside, holidays in Italy and the smell of strong black coffee first thing in the morning.
