3-hour session that focuses on nurturing the neglected aspects of yourself. Engage in profound introspection to establish a deeper connection with your true essence, discover sources of nourishment, and take steps towards achieving wholeness and well-being.
Through a mixture of active three-part breath practice and other experiential exercises, Susan helps participants get to the root of the inner voices that shame us, the feelings and thoughts that leave us feeling inadequate and prevent us from stepping fully into our lives.
What is Breathwork
Breathwork is a powerful tool that gives us access to our internal life, enabling us to be active participants in our own integrative and repair journey. Through the practice of active breath, we can dive deep within ourselves, peel back the layers, and look at the fears holding us back from being our true selves.
All breathing is done through the mouth as you lay down, accompanied by music to support your journey within. Through this three part Pranayama breathing technique the mind is encouraged to rest. Allowing the intelligence of the body to promote healing. Your active breath moves through your body unlocking stuck energy that can be released as sensations, emotions or even sounds.

Our time is aimed at bringing you into a relationship with your body, releasing and being aware of emotional blocks and tensions that are present.
