  • Swimming costume and towel/dry robe
  • Notebook and pen (optional - for recording any thoughts/feelings you may have after the breathwork)
  • Blanket & pillow for comfort
  • Comfy clothes are essential! It doesn’t have to be Lycra or gym wear, unless this is what’s comfortable to you, just something easy to move in and something you feel relaxed in.
  • Food: There will be some sweet treats, fresh fruit and of course some amazing coffee for you, but no big meal is provided. If you know you will get hungry, bring something additional. If you have any food allergies/intolerances, please let us know.

INCLUDED: 240 mins Breathwork, Ice Bath, Movement, Coffee & Social. Move, breathe and chill with us over the best coffee in town!

The Yoga Coffee Club (TYCC)

We're about creating balance in life, appreciating the good stuff, taking time for ourselves and making genuine connections with others, over the best coffee in town!

Life is so busy that there just simply isn’t time for a mediocre cup of coffee or standard boring gym-style yoga class! We believe that people deserve to have the best of both, no more church halls and sweaty gym studios, we want to give people the opportunity to enjoy their Sun Salutations to the sweet smell of artisan coffee!!

At TYCC we believe that you don’t have to be wearing the right clothes or have trained in an ashram in India to receive the benefits of yoga. You don’t need an expensive membership and you certainly don’t have to be an Insta Yogi (we’re not!).  We are happy for you just to be you! Whatever shape, size or gender identification, you are always welcome in TYCC. We want to remove the 'cliqueness' of yoga and share that it is so much more than just being able to hold the perfect pose! We want to acknowledge the importance of staying balanced off the mat, as well as on it!

TYCC is a place for like minded people to come together, move their bodies, chat over a cup of the finest and give back to the community by supporting local and independent coffee establishments.

You can join Jo and Corin between 10am to 2pm on Sunday 9th June.

  • Standard Price: £100

I have the pleasure of introducing Flurina Thali, who is joining the Moon Wise Woman Practitioner Collective as an osteopath on Mondays.

Over to Flurina 👇

Hello everyone, I’m Flurina I’m an Osteopath, yoga teacher, writer, coach and podcaster and I am so glad I found my way to moon! I am very much looking forward meeting you and supporting you on your journey.

I initially trained as a dancer in Denmark and the Netherlands. During this time, I encountered many somatic practices, in particular the Alexander Technique and Ideokinesis which continuously taught me as a facilitator the art of creating space and finding ease in movement by using images and imaginations.

The wish of engaging my hands in care for others led me to gain a Masters’ degree at the European School of Osteopathy. I later gained a diploma as a specialist paediatric Osteopath from the Osteopathic Center in London and deepened my studies of anatomy at the University of Edinburgh.

I love treating Mums & babies, it is a privilege to be able to see new families get off to a good start and help to welcome you back to your body during this deeply transformative time.

At moon I will be offering Osteopathy sessions for Mums & babies and women of all ages and stages in their life…

… homecoming to the female body has been the theme of my life. I’ve been on my own journey sparked by an eating disorder during my time as a dancer to come home to the wild, poetic anatomy of my female body, lean into the wisdom of my menstrual cycle and reclaim my cyclical nature.

The most profound discovery I have ever made in my life was to learn about Menstrual Cycle Awareness and the gifts and the wisdom of the menstrual cycle are weaving through all my work.

I am currently studying with Red School on the Menstruality Leadership program and can`t wait to share this work with you too!

I created and host “The Soft Rebellion Podcast” – a homecoming to the hunger of the female body.

I love being in nature, create and craft, drink delicious coffee, brew hot cacaos, read and write wildly poetic stories.

Find out more about Flurina’s offering and book an appointment via the link in our bio.

This month at the Acupuncture Collective (17th Feb) Sophie and Dr Sunila are focusing on how acupuncture can support us through stressful and pressurised times...

Stress and anxiety can manifest in many ways - whether it’s racing thoughts that keep you up at night, a pounding heart, or an unsettled stomach. These feelings are your body’s way of signalling that it’s sensing danger, even if the threat isn’t immediate.

But when stress doesn’t switch off, it can feel like a pressure cooker building up inside. If left unchecked, this can lead to physical symptoms like tension headaches, digestive issues, or changes in your menstrual cycle. That’s where acupuncture can help.

From a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) perspective, stress and anxiety disrupt the balance of Qi (energy) in the body and scatter the “Shen,” or spirit. Acupuncture helps to restore this balance, calming the mind and reconnecting the body.

From a Western perspective, acupuncture regulates the nervous system, helping to reduce stress hormones while stimulating the production of serotonin and dopamine—the same ‘happy’ chemicals targeted by anti-anxiety medications. This makes acupuncture a truly complementary way to help you manage stress and anxiety over the long term.

At the Acupuncture Collective, Sophie and Dr. Sunila offer treatments designed to bring your body and mind back into harmony. Whether you’ve been feeling overwhelmed or simply need a way to let off steam, acupuncture could be the vent you’ve been looking for.

Needles in, stress out.

Join Sophie and Dr. Sunila at the next Acupuncture Collective and take the first step toward finding your calm.
What Exactly is the Acupuncture Collective?

You'll have a 15 minute 1:1 consultation with Dr Sunila or Sophie, in the privacy of our treatment room. Then move into our zen group area, with 3 beds separated by curtains, for 30 minutes of treatment.

Our next Acupuncture Collective is taking place between 2pm to 8pm on Monday 17th February.

A beautifully relaxed session at Moon yesterday, at our New Mama & Parent One Stop Drop-in, in conjunction with @tufnellparkparents

It was lovely to have two soon-to-be mothers join us, to talk to new mamas as well as finding support from the Moon practitioners.

A massive thank you to the following practitioners who gave their time freely to support our community.

👶 Naomi Chanim - Women's Health Physio @kinetic_physio1979 - who I finally snapped an up to date photo of!

👶🏾 Kristina Matej - Motherhood Lifeline Therapist @kmmstconsultancyservices

👶🏿 Jazz McGonigle - Baby-Wearing Consultant @camdenbabywearing

👶 As well as a life saver, in the form of AL (she doesn't like social media so would like to remain anonymous) an amazing breastfeeding and baby feeding support practitioner - who stepped in at the last minute to support the community.

You can find out more about March's drop-in via our bio.

❤️We have two heart filled sessions for you this Valentine's Day - gifts from a couple of Moon's Wise Woman Practitioners.❤️

🌅 In the morning a FREE event, as Alexa Edelist holds space for Taking Heart: a session on self-compassion, understanding and kindness.

This is an opportunity to offer a portion of this day for celebrating love, romance and connection to yourself with the intention of developing authentic self-compassion.

Anyone is welcome to join, including babies and small children.

🌕 In the evening a 'bring a friend' session as Ali Masterman holds space in her Meditation & Restorative Yoga class.

Restorative yoga is designed for deep relaxation - using passive poses and supporting the body with a variety of props. It is a conscious form of rest which we rarely get to do.

Ali is very hands on with her assists and you will often find her wrapping and cocooning you in blankets to really help soothe your body and mind.
