Do one or more of these statements apply to you?

Then join us on 11th December to unlock the power of your menstrual cycle and make it work for you.

An expert panel, of Jess Kasriel, Isobel Ripley and Lisa Higgins, will discuss the impact our menstrual cycle can have over our mental, physical and emotional health.

They’ll share their own stories of how they befriended and came to understand their monthly bleed, working with it to unlock their latent power.

This evening will set you on a journey that will lead you on an exploration on how you can uncover your path to success in 2025.

We’ll also share Christmassy nibbles and tipples, with all proceeds donated to @bloodygoodperiod

Join us! You can donate as little or as much as you’d like...

See you there!
